An update on your fundraising:
We raised £102.07 for WaterAid, the school council chosen charity, with the closing collection at the Christmas plays;
We raised £208.25 in donations towards the pantomime transport;
The Christmas play tickets raised £500;
Save the Children Christmas jumper day raised £78.05.
Our children have been learning about traditional Christmas vegetables and have been trying out recipes.
They have also very much enjoyed eating the results of their own labour! Who knew Christmas vegetables tasted so good?
Gatekeeper class have cooked sprouts…
Skipper class have baked red cabbage…
Emperor class have roasted parsnips…
Admiral class have made roast and mashed potatoes
Please remember we will be welcoming the children back to school at 6.30pm today for our final Nativity performance. The doors will open at 6.50pm for the ticket holders for this sold out performance.
(So we can amend the register for this evening, please let the classteacher know if your child will not be attending this performance, thanks).
